Headquartered at Nariman Point in Mumbai, Essajees Atelier offers a dynamic, creative environment for design professionals seeking impactful, high-end work.Role Description The 3D Rendering Designer will create high-quality 3D visualizations that accurately represent interior design concepts, materials, lighting, and spatial layouts for luxury residential and commercial projects. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves collaborating closely with interior designers and architects to develop detailed renderings, walkthroughs, and mood presentations that support client pitches and project approvals. Day-to-day responsibilities include building precise 3D models from drawings, applying textures and materials, setting up realistic lighting and camera angles, and rendering still images and animations. The designer will also refine visuals based on feedback, maintain organized asset libraries, and ensure consistency with brand and project standards. Participation in design reviews and timely delivery of visual content for multiple ongoing projects is an integral part of the role.QualificationsStrong 3D Design and 3D Modeling skills for interiors, furniture, and architectural elements.Proficiency in Lighting for realistic visualization, including natural and artificial light simulations.Ability in Animation to create walkthroughs, flythroughs, and dynamic presentations.Graphic Design capabilities to prepare layouts, mood boards, and client-facing visual documents.Hands-on experience with industry-standard 3D and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, Blender, or similar).Understanding of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and spatial planning.Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret design briefs accurately.Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment.Relevant education in Design, Architecture, Visualization, or a related field; prior experience in interior or architectural visualization is preferred.Minimum 3-6 relevant years of experience
