This position involves creating detailed 3D visualizations and models for luxury projects, including interiors, installations, and bespoke fabrications. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting design briefs, developing concept renders, preparing production-ready 3D files, and collaborating with designers, engineers, and fabricators. The role requires coordinating with workshop teams to ensure accurate translation of 3D designs into physical structures, reviewing prototypes, and adjusting models based on feedback. The 3D Visualizer Fabricator also supports quality checks, documentation of design specifications, and adherence to project timelines and brand standards.Qualifications Strong proficiency in 3D visualization and modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, SketchUp, or similar) and ability to create detailed, realistic renders.Experience with fabrication workflows, including preparing technical drawings, production files, and specifications for workshops or manufacturing teams.Solid understanding of materials, structures, and basic production processes relevant to interior fit-out, luxury installations, or architectural elements.Ability to read and interpret design briefs, architectural plans, and client guidelines, translating them into accurate 3D concepts and mock-ups.Strong visual communication skills, including attention to detail, composition, lighting, and color theory for high-quality presentations.Effective collaboration skills, with experience working alongside designers, project managers, and fabricators in a fast-paced environment.Good organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Relevant diploma or degree in 3D Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.Previous experience in luxury, interior design, events, or architectural visualization in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.Commitment to inclusive, respectful teamwork and openness to continuous learning and professional development.
