3D Visualizer – Interior Fit-Out

We are looking for a talented and experienced 3D Visualizer to join our team in Dubai, specializing in interior fit-out, renovation, residential and commercial projects.The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills and hands-on experience in 3ds Max, Corona/V-Ray and interior visualization, with the ability to transform design concepts and drawings into realistic, high-quality 3D visuals and renders.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D interior models, concepts and photorealistic renders.Develop 3D visuals for villa, residential, commercial, retail, office and hospitality projects.Interpret architectural drawings, layouts and design concepts and convert them into accurate 3D models.Create realistic materials, textures, lighting, furniture and interior elements.Prepare high-quality renders using 3ds Max with Corona / V-Ray.Develop multiple design options based on client requirements.Make revisions according to client, designer and project manager comments.Ensure accurate dimensions, proportions, finishes and detailing in 3D models.Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure the 3D visuals match the proposed design and actual site requirements.Prepare presentation-quality images for client presentations, proposals and marketing purposes.Maintain organized 3D files, materials, textures and project documentation.

Requirements

Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in the UAE, preferably within the interior fit-out or interior design industry.Strong proficiency in 3ds Max is essential.Strong experience with Corona Renderer or V-Ray.Good knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to understand architectural/interior drawings.Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and construction details.Ability to create photorealistic interior renders.Good knowledge of modelling, texturing, lighting and post-production.Experience with Photoshop will be an advantage.Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.Good communication and coordination skills.Immediate availability is preferred.Portfolio Requirement:Candidates must submit a portfolio of their own work, including:Interior 3D rendersVilla/residential projectsCommercial/office projectsRetail or hospitality projects, if availableOnly candidates with a strong interior visualization portfolio will be shortlisted.Please apply with your CV and portfolio.
