We’re Hiring | 3PL Acquisition ManagerLOGEX | Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaLOGEX is looking for an experienced 3PL Acquisition Manager to join our team and lead the acquisition of logistics and delivery partners across the Saudi market.What You’ll DoLead the end-to-end acquisition of 3PL and fleet partners.Identify, approach, negotiate, and onboard new partners.Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics companies and fleet operators.Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and partnership agreements.Evaluate partner capabilities, fleet capacity, coverage, and pricing models.Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and changes in the logistics industry.Develop and expand LOGEX’s 3PL partner network across Saudi Arabia.What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in logistics, 3PL, last-mile delivery, or a related field.Previous experience with delivery platforms such as HungerStation, Jahez, Keeta, or similar companies.Strong understanding of the Saudi logistics and delivery market.Strong knowledge of 3PL pricing models and fleet operations.Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.A strong commercial mindset and ability to identify and convert business opportunities.An existing network within the Saudi logistics/3PL market is highly preferred.If you have the market knowledge, network, and negotiation skills to build strong 3PL partnerships, we’d love to hear from you.
