BAFCO continues to focus on expanding its integrated logistics offerings and enhancing operational efficiency for its clients.Role Description The 3PL Warehouse Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing warehouse-related accounting activities, including recording receipts and issues of inventory, reconciling stock movements, and ensuring accurate cost allocation for logistics operations. The 3PL Warehouse Accountant will prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports related to warehouse activities, monitor billing for 3PL services, and verify invoices from logistics partners and vendors. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with warehouse operations teams to validate inventory records, supporting month-end closing, maintaining compliance with internal controls and local regulations, and assisting in audits related to warehouse and logistics accounts. The role also requires close collaboration with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to support accurate financial planning and performance analysis for warehouse and distribution operations.Qualifications Strong accounting and financial reporting skills, including experience with general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.Experience in inventory and cost control, including stock accounting, variance analysis, and warehouse-related cost allocation.Proficiency with ERP or accounting systems and good skills in spreadsheets and data analysis tools.Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, or 3PL operations and understanding of supply chain processes.Relevant academic background, such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to work with high volumes of transactional data.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in finance and operations.Ability to work on-site full time in Saudi Arabia and adhere to company policies, procedures, and local regulations.Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or warehouse accounting is an advantage.
