background to support the DAEP project in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in 4D BIM, construction planning, project scheduling, and digital construction workflows, with the ability to integrate BIM models with project schedules to develop construction sequencing simulations, monitor project progress, and optimize construction activities.The candidate will work closely with Planning, Project Controls, Quantity Surveying, Contracts, BIM, and Construction teams to develop accurate 4D simulations and support 5D cost and quantity workflows.A strong understanding of construction methodologies, project planning, sequencing, progress monitoring, and schedule optimization is essential for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage 4D construction sequencing by integrating BIM models with project schedules.Work closely with Planning and Project Controls teams to translate construction programmes into accurate 4D BIM simulations.Integrate scheduling data from Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project into BIM workflows.Develop planned-vs-actual simulations to support project progress monitoring and reporting.Analyse construction sequences, work packages, dependencies, milestones, and critical activities to identify potential sequencing and constructability issues.Support Planning teams in optimizing construction sequences, logistics, resources, and project execution strategies.Develop 4D simulations for construction phasing, site logistics, temporary works, access, and stakeholder presentations.Create high-quality construction simulation videos and visualizations for internal and client presentations.Coordinate with Planning, Contracts, QS, BIM, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure alignment between the construction programme and BIM model.Develop and maintain 5D BIM workflows by linking BIM models with quantities and cost information.Perform quantity verification and support cost analysis using BIM-enabled workflows.Support BOQ development, quantity take-offs, and cost-related BIM workflows.Monitor project progress through digital simulations and provide inputs for schedule optimization.Review BIM models, drawings, BOQs, and project schedules to identify discrepancies affecting construction planning and sequencing.Customize and prepare BIM models for 4D/5D workflows and project execution requirements.Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project standards, client requirements, and international construction practices.Support digital transformation initiatives through advanced BIM workflows, automation, and emerging technologies.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve planning, sequencing, constructability, and BIM coordination issues.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Quantity Surveying, Project Controls, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with significant hands-on experience in 4D BIM and Construction Planning.Strong practical experience in integrating BIM models with construction schedules.Proven experience in developing 4D construction sequencing and simulation.Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project lifecycle, scheduling, sequencing, and progress monitoring.Experience working on large-scale commercial, infrastructure, industrial, airport, or mixed-use projects.Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, BIM models, construction programmes, BOQs, and project schedules.Experience working collaboratively with Planning, Project Controls, QS, Contracts, BIM, and Construction teams.Experience with international AEC projects is preferred, particularly Middle East projects.Software ProficiencyStrong hands-on experience delivery.Experience with 5D BIM, quantity take-off, and model-based cost workflows.Experience with construction logistics, sequencing, and constructability analysis.Knowledge of BIM automation and
