End-to-End Logistics OperationsLead domestic transportation operations including milk runs, FTL/PTL/LTL movements, and multimodal logistics aligned with production schedulesEnsure JIT/JIS adherence and seamless line feeding through close coordination with plant logisticsOversee cross-dock, consolidation hubs, and warehouse flows for optimal utilization and efficiencyDrive exception management, TAT adherence, POD compliance, and damage control through RCA and corrective actionsManage EXIM operations end-to-end — customs clearance, documentation, freight coordination, and inland deliveryOptimize mode mix (air/ocean/LCL) balancing cost vs urgency.2. Stakeholder & Governance ManagementAct as the primary interface between client SCM, plant leadership, procurement, and financeGovern LSP/3PL ecosystem through structured performance reviews (daily/weekly/monthly/QBRs)Build executive-level relationships and position 4PL as a strategic partner3. Operational Excellence & TransformationDrive continuous improvement roadmap (Kaizen)Lead network optimization initiatives (lane redesign, hub rationalization, carrier strategy)Champion digital transformation via TMS, WMS, visibility tools, and automationImplement SOPs, audit frameworks, and control towers for governanceDrive cost reduction, service improvement, and resilience strategies4. Team Leadership & Capability BuildingLead and develop a cross-functional team across operations, EXIM, and analyticsBuild a high-performance culture focused on ownership, data, and accountabilityDrive talent development, succession planning, and capability buildingEnsure strong safety culture and HSSE complianceCoach teams on client handling, analytics, and decision-making5.
