5D BIM / BOQ SECTION HEAD

We are seeking an experienced 5D BIM / BOQ Section Head to lead quantity take-offs, BOQ integration, and BIM-based cost management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 5D BIM implementation and integration with Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Manage quantity extraction and validation from BIM models.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, and commercial teams.
• Monitor quantity changes and support cost control activities.
• Establish processes for model-based measurement and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency between BIM models, BOQs, and project documentation.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.✅ 10–15 years of relevant experience.✅ Strong knowledge of 5D BIM, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and cost control.✅ Experience with BIM-based quantity take-off and relevant software.
