The Dhaka branch marks the beginning of a new era for pharmacy services in the country, aiming to elevate healthcare standards for all.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an A Grade Pharmacist located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The A Grade Pharmacist will oversee dispensing medications, counseling patients on proper medication use, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. The position requires regular collaboration with healthcare professionals and delivering exceptional patient care services.Key Responsibilities:* Provide comprehensive patient counselling on medication use, dosages, side effects, and adherence strategies.* Ensure accurate dispensing of prescription and OTC medications, strictly following prescription guidelines and pharmacy protocols.* Maintain strict compliance with DGDA regulations, Model Pharmacy standards, and internal SOPs.* Oversee inventory management, including procurement, stock rotation, and monitoring expiry dates to prevent wastage.* Conduct regular audits of batch records, expiry dates, and storage conditions to ensure product quality.* Maintain up-to-date documentation for all pharmacy transactions, narcotics, and restricted drugs.* Supervise and guide junior staff or assistants to ensure safe and efficient workflow within the pharmacy.* Address patient concerns and collaborate with healthcare providers for better therapeutic outcomes.Promote the rational use of medicines and ensure public health safety through awareness and guidance.Qualifications & Requirements:* Bachelors/Masters of Pharmacy.* Must have a A Grade Pharmacist License from PCB.* 1–3 years of experience in model pharmacy.* Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, inventory control, and quality standards.* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.Location: Anywhere in DhakaExperience Required: 1–3 years (Model pharmacy experience preferred)Schedule: Roster-based, 9 hours duty, 6 days a weekYou can also apply through mail:📧 career@gdassist.com | Subject: “A Grade Pharmacist”
