Company Description Richstone Contracting and General Maintenance LLC is a long-established contracting and building maintenance company serving Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Western Region The organization delivers a full range of contracting and maintenance services for projects of varied sizes and complexity Highly qualified engineers and maintenance teams adhere to international standards and best practices to ensure professional, consistent service delivery The company focuses on reliability, technical quality, and strong client relationships, offering a stable environment for professionals seeking long-term career growth.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Project Manager and Engineer role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing contracting and building maintenance projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing project schedules, managing resources, overseeing engineering and site activities, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations The Project Manager and Engineer will supervise inspections, monitor work quality, resolve technical and logistical issues, and maintain clear documentation and reporting for all assigned projects The role also requires proactive risk management, continuous improvement of processes, and contributing to strong client satisfaction through effective communication and professional service delivery.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesCandidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as working as an Expeditor and handling Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesCandidates should possess inspection capabilities, including conducting site Inspection, monitoring work quality, and verifying compliance with technical and safety standardsCandidates should possess logistics-focused skills, such as Logistics Management and coordination of materials, equipment, and workforce for construction and maintenance projectsRelevant engineering degree (eg, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering)Experience in contracting, construction, or building maintenance projects, and Oil and Gas Civil and Infratructure Work, MEP preferably within the UAEKnowledge of international engineering and safety standards, and familiarity with local regulations and permitting processesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clientsProficiency in project management tools and basic office software; ability to prepare reports, schedules, and technical documentationDemonstrated ability to work on-site, make timely decisions, and respond to operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.Contact DetailsWhatsApp : +971 56 471 9338Email: admin@richstone.ae
