International logistics company located near West Los Angeles is looking for an A/R Billing Specialist. The A/R Billing Specialist will be responsible for high-volume accounts receivable, billing, and collections processes. Additional duties for the A/R Billing Specialist include managing customer collection efforts, applying payments to accounts, updating the aging report, account reconciliation, and handling client billing. The A/R Billing Specialist will also create management reports, review sales orders, respond promptly to customer billing inquiries, keep management and departments updated on past due accounts, as well as prepare and generate accurate cash flow reports for management review. Bachelor's degree is preferred.At least three years of accounts receivable / billing experience.Familiarity with the logistics/distribution industry is a plus (i.e., terminals, racks, bills of lading, purchase orders, etc.).Multi-tasking skills and flexibility are critical.Must have excellent communication skills.
