A/R Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION• Manage accounts receivable activities and help reduce past-due balances.• Run AR aging and past-due reports.• Contact customers regarding payment status and collections.• Partner with sales teams to resolve payment issues.• Clear customer payments within the system.• Support company credit card expense management: ○ Monitor receipts and expense submissions. ○ Ensure expenses are coded appropriately. ○ Identify correct GL accounts and communicate coding needs to accounting.• Perform occasional light accounting/finance support tasks as needed.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE• AR experience• SAP experience/exposure is a major priority.• Ability to work independently with minimal handholding. • Strong communication skills for customer follow-up and internal coordination.
