Location: Austin, TXType: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain conference room audio/video and video conferencing systems.Perform A/V system health checks and troubleshooting.Handle support tickets and escalate issues when required.Assist with A/V installations, upgrades, and vendor coordination.Support Apple devices (Apple TV, iPad, MacBook, iMac).Manage and track A/V inventory.Required SkillsVideo conferencing and A/V hardware support.Cisco, Crestron, and Extron experience preferred.Networking and security fundamentals.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
