We help learners build confidence, develop independence, and participate meaningfully in their communities.About the InternshipWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist Intern to join our team in Dubai. This internship offers practical, supervised experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), alongside professional training and mentorship.You will support children and youth while developing skills in implementing individualized programs, collecting data, and monitoring progress. All activities will be carried out under the guidance of the supervising team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with implementing individualized learning and behavior support plans under supervision.Support activities that develop communication, social interaction, independence, and daily living skills.Observe sessions, collect accurate data, and maintain progress records.Prepare learning materials and organize session spaces.Gain exposure to assessments and intervention planning through observation and supervised participation.Follow agreed positive behavior support strategies and seek guidance when needed.Participate in training, supervision, and team discussions.Support respectful communication with families as directed by the supervising team.Maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and a safe, inclusive learning environment.Qualifications and SkillsCurrently studying or qualifying in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field.An interest in child development, ABA, and supporting children with additional needs.Basic knowledge of learning and behavior principles is desirable.Experience working with children is an advantage.Patience, empathy, strong observation skills, and a willingness to learn.Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.Proficiency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.Ability to attend the internship on-site in Dubai.What You Will GainDirect supervised ABA experience.Professional training, feedback, and mentorship.Exposure to assessments and individualized intervention planning.Practical skills in data collection, documentation, and progress monitoring.A certificate upon successful completion.Experience to support your professional and career development.How to ApplyApply through LinkedIn or send your CV to info@inspirelifeskills.com with the subject line “ABA Therapist Internship Application.”We Support.
