On our way to impacting 1 millionlearners globally.Website :https://bhanzu.comKey Responsibilities:● Call students to remind them about their scheduled sessions and ensure timely attendance.● Encourage participation by addressing any concerns and motivating students to join theirclasses.● Communicate effectively with students and parents, providing necessary information abouttheir sessions.● Maintain a positive and professional tone, ensuring a seamless and engaging learningexperience.● Track attendance data and report any recurring absenteeism to the relevant teams forfollow-up.Requirements:● Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) to engage with a diverse customerbase.● Flexibility with work hours to accommodate customer time zones and business needs.● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.● Attention to detail to ensure accurate information exchange and record-keeping.● Proficiency in handling CRM tools and other communication platforms (training providedif required).● A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concernseffectively.● Work-from-office availability and readiness to adapt to dynamic workflows.
