AC:147:National Head - Tech Integration, Data Governance and Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain network architecture, segmentation, firewall rules and secure configurations in line with approved standards.
• Oversee servers, endpoints and operating systems, including hardening, patch management and lifecycle maintenance.
• Manage cloud infrastructure controls and privileged access, including periodic access reviews and removal of unnecessary privileges.
• Coordinate vulnerability assessments, prioritise findings and track remediation to closure.
• Maintain backup arrangements, test restoration regularly and keep disaster recovery procedures ready for use.
• Oversee security monitoring and logging; coordinate incident detection, response, escalation and follow-up actions.
• Maintain an accurate technology asset inventory and configuration records, with ownership and change history.
• Ensure physical security controls cover offices, server rooms and network equipment, including access and environmental safeguards.
• Manage infrastructure vendors, service levels and third-party access, and review performance and control compliance.
