The technician will install, maintain, and repair HVAC, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across hotel and serviced apartment properties, ensuring optimal performance and guest comfort. Daily responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing system issues, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults. The role also involves responding to service requests, documenting work performed, coordinating with the maintenance team, and following safety and regulatory standards. The technician will support smooth hotel operations by minimizing equipment downtime and contributing to a safe, comfortable environment for guests and team members.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong HVAC and air conditioning skills, including installation, maintenance, and repair of cooling and refrigeration systems.Candidates should possess preventive maintenance skills, with the ability to plan and carry out scheduled inspections and servicing of equipment.Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system performance issues efficiently.Candidates should possess electricity and basic electrical safety skills relevant to AC and refrigeration systems.Relevant technical diploma or certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical/electrical engineering is preferred.Experience in hotel, hospitality, or facilities maintenance environments is an advantage.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders, and to maintain accurate service records.Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to work in shifts and respond to emergencies when required.
