We are looking for an experienced AC / HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team.The ideal candidate should be practical, reliable, and capable of independently diagnosing and repairing air-conditioning problems—not only basic AC cleaning.ResponsibilitiesAC servicing and preventive maintenanceDiagnose cooling and airflow problemsSplit AC and ducted AC maintenanceCoil, filter and drain-line cleaningRefrigerant/gas pressure checking and chargingIdentify electrical and mechanical faultsRepair or replace capacitors, motors, thermostats and other AC componentsDiagnose water leakage and drainage issuesHandle AC breakdowns and repair workMaintain tools, equipment and basic service recordsRequirementsPrevious hands-on AC/HVAC maintenance experienceStrong fault-finding and troubleshooting skillsAble to work independentlyGood understanding of AC electrical componentsProfessional and responsible attitudeMust be punctual and reliableUAE experience is an advantage
