القيام بأعمال الصيانة والتشخيص وإصلاح أنظمة التكييف في مواقع العملاء: فحص الوحدات، تحديد الأعطال، إصلاح أو استبدال القطع (الضواغط، المحركات، خطوط غاز التبريد، المكونات الكهربائية)، تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الدورية (التنظيف، إعادة شحن غاز التبريد، تغيير الفلاتر)، وتقديم إرشادات أساسية للعملاء حول العناية بالنظام.مهارات قوية في تشخيص الأعطال وحلها؛ لياقة بدنية جيدة (التسلق، العمل في أماكن ضيقة، رفع الوحدات الثقيلة)؛ الالتزام بالمواعيد والانضباط؛ القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط الوقت في مواقع العملاء؛ مهارات تواصل جيدة مع العملاء؛ الوعي بمعايير السلامة (التعامل مع غازات التبريد والمكونات الكهربائية). خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في صيانة وتركيب وإصلاح أنظمة التكييف (وحدات سبليت، تكييف مركزي، أنظمة القنوات، أنظمة VRF/VRV). يفضل الخبرة بأكثر من ماركة وليس مقتصراً على ماركة واحدة. الاستعداد للتنقل بين مواقع العملاء. التوفر للأعطال الطارئة/العمل عند الطلب إذا لزم الأمر. يفضل امتلاك أدوات يدوية أساسية خاصة (الشركة توفر المعدات المتخصصة). Essential requirementsالقدرة المثبتة والمستقلة على تشخيص وإصلاح أعطال أنظمة التكييف (مشاكل الضاغط، تسريب غاز التبريد، الأعطال الكهربائية، مشاكل الثرموستات ولوحات التحكم) دون إشراف. معرفة بالتعامل الآمن مع غازات التبريد والأنظمة المتعلقة بالسلامة. القدرة على قراءة المخططات الكهربائية والأدلة الفنية. لن يتم تقديم أي تدريب على أساسيات التكييف — يجب أن يكون المرشح جاهزاً للعمل فوراً.Conducting inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs for various air conditioning systems at customer sites (including fault identification and the repair or replacement of components such as compressors, gas systems, and electrical parts); performing routine maintenance (cleaning, refrigerant recharging, and filter replacement); and advising customers on system care.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; good physical fitness (ability to work in confined spaces and lift units); punctuality and discipline; ability to work efficiently under time pressure; good customer communication skills; and familiarity with safety standards (handling refrigerants, systems, and electrical components).At least 3 years of experience in the maintenance and installation of conventional air conditioning systems (central units, split systems, and VRF/VRV systems). Experience with multiple system types is preferred.Ability to travel between customer sites; willingness to work in emergencies or on a shift basis (on-call); ownership of personal tools is preferred (though the company provides necessary equipment).Proven ability to independently diagnose air conditioning system issues (compressor problems, leaks, electrical faults, and thermostat/control panel issues). Knowledge of refrigerant handling and safety protocols. Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals. No training on air conditioning fundamentals will be provided; candidates must be fully qualified and ready to work immediately.
