AC Technician

Key Responsibilities:Must have 2-4 years UAE experience in facility management industry.Install, maintain, and repair DX air conditioning units and related HVAC equipment.Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on split and package DX systems.Diagnose faults in compressors, motors, thermostats, control panels, and refrigerant circuits.Check gas pressure, refrigerant levels, leakage, electrical wiring, and cooling performance.Respond to breakdown calls and complete repairs within the required time.Clean coils, filters, drain lines, fans, and other AC components.Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and company procedures.Maintain service reports, checklists, and maintenance records.Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to complete assigned tasks.Perform additional multi-technician duties as required, including basic civil maintenance work.Requirements:Minimum 2-4 years of UAE experience in facility management is required.Strong hands-on experience working with DX units is mandatory.Good knowledge of basic civil works such as minor repairs, patching, fixing, and general maintenance.Knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC systems, and electrical troubleshooting.Ability to use gauges, meters, and HVAC testing tools.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and under pressure.ITI, diploma, or technical certification in HVAC/AC preferred.UAE driving license is an advantage.Interested candidates can apply through operations.hr@bfliving.com with an updated CV
