AC Technician

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air-conditioning and HVAC systems within a hospitality environment. Ensures all guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, offices, and back-of-house facilities maintain comfortable and efficient temperature conditions.Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC and air-conditioning systems.Troubleshoot and repair split, package, central, and other AC systems.Monitor cooling performance and identify technical issues promptly.Carry out regular inspections, cleaning, servicing, and replacement of AC components.Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guest rooms and hotel departments.Ensure HVAC equipment operates efficiently while minimizing energy consumption.Maintain accurate maintenance records and report major technical issues to the Engineering team.Follow hotel safety standards, preventive maintenance schedules, and operational procedures.Coordinate with other engineering and maintenance teams to ensure smooth hotel operations.Support a high standard of guest comfort by ensuring reliable AC performance across the property.
