You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of our building's physical structure, utility services, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings.Perform routine inspections of premises, HVAC systems, and equipment. Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems including air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing. Install, service, and repair air conditioning units (split, window, central AC, chillers). Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns. Monitor AC performance, gas levels, compressors, and thermostats for efficient operation. Maintain and repair furniture, fixtures, and physical infrastructure. Ensure proper cleaning and servicing of filters, coils, ducts, and ventilation systems. Follow safety procedures and standards. Maintain records of maintenance work, service logs, and inventory of spare parts. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and servicing. Work closely with other departments to ensure minimal operational disruption. Participate in training programs to upgrade technical and HVAC skills. Suggest improvements to maintenance processes for better efficiency and cost control. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 1 year of hands-on experience in general maintenance.
