We are speaking with only a select handful of standout individuals.Who We're Looking For:Currently within a Big 4 audit or transaction services team, working across Insurance (preferred), Banking & Capital Markets, Financial Services clientsACA qualified, with first-time passes across every examA 1st Class honours degree holderA genuine first time mover, making your initial step into investment bankingThe Role:As an Analyst, you will sit at the core of the deal team from the outset and play a central part in transaction execution:Building and maintaining financial models - valuation, returns and scenarioanalysisPreparing client facing materials such as pitch books, information memoranda and management presentationsDriving company, sector and market research across live mandates and originationSupporting due diligence and coordinating with clients, advisers and counterpartiesContributing to day to day execution across the full transaction lifecycleThe people who thrive here combine technical rigour with genuine commercial curiosity, sharp attention to detail, and the drive to excel in a fast-paced, high-performance deal environment.Please note: Due to high numbers of applicants, candidates who do not meet this criteria will not be considered for the role.
