We’re a people-focused, ambitious team, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and making a real difference in their academic journey.Your RoleAs an Academic Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face guiding prospective and current students toward the right program. From answering questions and conducting program demos to supporting admissions and meeting enrollment goals, you’ll help turn aspirations into opportunities.What You’ll DoConnect with students through calls, emails, and chats.Understand their goals and recommend the right programs.Conduct engaging program demonstrations.Support the admissions journey from enquiry to enrollment.Maintain accurate CRM records and timely follow-ups.Contribute ideas and initiatives to achieve enrollment targets.Work closely with Academic and Admissions teams to create a great student experience.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree or equivalent.2+ years of experience in academic advising, student recruitment, admissions, or a similar role.A track record of achieving admissions/enrollment targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational, negotiation, and customer service abilities.Comfortable with MS Office, online tools, and CRM systems.Why Join Us?If you’re people-oriented, target-driven, curious, and passionate about education, we’d love to meet you.
