Salary: 35-45k (Depends on last drwan ctc)Location: Bangalore (Psychology candiates do not apply)Role Description The Academic Advisor role at Al Fahad Enterprises is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Academic Advisor will guide students through their educational options, helping them select appropriate courses and programs aligned with their goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one advising sessions, providing student counseling support, and offering career counseling to help learners understand potential paths and opportunities. The role involves maintaining accurate advising records, collaborating with internal teams to coordinate educational services, and conducting informational sessions or workshops when needed. The Academic Advisor will also stay current with educational trends and program requirements to provide up-to-date, accurate information to students and families.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Academic Advising and Education-related knowledge.Candidates should possess Student Counseling skills focused on learner well-being and support.Candidates should possess Career Counseling skills to guide students’ future planning.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written.Relevant experience in advising or counseling in academic or training environments.Ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
