The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their career and educational requirements, and guiding them towards suitable courses and programs offered by the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and requirements.- Provide detailed information about available courses, programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.- Counsel and guide students in selecting suitable courses.- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.- Handle queries and address concerns related to courses, fees, and admissions.- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities.- Achieve assigned admission/enrollment targets.- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.- Good verbal and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.- Comfortable making calls and interacting with students/professionals.- Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
