The Academic Advisor will guide prospective and current learners in selecting suitable courses and training programs aligned with their educational background, interests, and career goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining program structures and learning outcomes, and supporting learners in academic planning and progression. The role involves maintaining accurate student records, coordinating with training and faculty teams, and contributing to orientation and outreach activities. The Academic Advisor will also provide follow-up support to ensure learner satisfaction and successful program completion.QualificationsAbility to provide Student Counseling and Career Counseling to individuals from varied educational and professional backgrounds.Strong Academic Advising and Education-related knowledge to support course selection, academic planning, and progression.Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear presentation of information, and professional writing.Proven organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple advising cases and maintain accurate records.Experience in academic institutions, training centers, or career guidance roles is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in education, Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field is desirable.Comfort working on-site in Trivandrum and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a structured environment.
