The coordinator will oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, and timetabling to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include supporting teachers in lesson planning, monitoring classroom activities, and coordinating assessments and examinations. The role involves organizing student development programs, workshops, and co-curricular activities, as well as maintaining effective communication among faculty, students, and families. The coordinator will also help with staff training, academic reporting, and adherence to school policies and quality standards.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with students, families, and staff.Background in Education, with experience in curriculum planning, classroom management, or academic administration.Expertise in Youth Development, focusing on student mentoring, guidance, and holistic growth.Demonstrated Educational Leadership and Training skills to support and guide teaching staff.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, School Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in school coordination or similar academic role is preferred.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.Proficiency in using basic computer applications and school management tools.
