As part of its continued growth, The Chennai Tuition is expanding its team and seeking dedicated academic professionals to join its mission of student success.Role Description The Academic Coordinator at The Chennai Tuition will oversee the academic operations and coordination of tutoring programs, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for students. This full-time, on-site role is based in Virudhunagar and involves scheduling classes, aligning curriculum with program requirements, and coordinating between teachers, students, and parents. The Academic Coordinator will monitor student performance, provide academic guidance, and support teachers with resources and planning. The role also includes maintaining academic records, assisting with assessments, and contributing to continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Education and Curriculum Development skills to design, organize, and improve academic programs.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and educators professionally.Candidates should possess Academic Advising skills to guide students on course selection, performance improvement, and academic planning.Candidates should possess Research skills to stay updated on best practices, curriculum changes, and educational trends.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education or a related field are preferred.Experience in academic coordination, school administration, or tutoring centers is an advantage.Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic digital tools and learning platforms are beneficial.Ability to work collaboratively in a structured academic environment and support diverse student needs.
