The institution offers a professional academic environment with a strong emphasis on quality teaching, exam readiness, and student success.Role Description The Academic Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Beliatta. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing academic programs related to Cambridge English exam preparation. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating class schedules, supporting teachers with lesson plans and resources, monitoring student progress, and ensuring curriculum alignment with Cambridge standards. The Academic Coordinator will engage in academic advising for students and parents, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the management team to improve teaching practices and exam results. The role also involves conducting or overseeing academic research and assessments to enhance the effectiveness of the college’s educational offerings.Qualifications Strong background in Education and familiarity with Cambridge English exam preparation or similar international curricula.Experience in Curriculum Development, including designing or adapting syllabi, lesson plans, and assessment methods.Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, parents, and staff.Demonstrated capability in Academic Advising, providing guidance on exam pathways, study plans, and student progression.Ability to conduct or use Research to inform academic decisions, improve outcomes, and support continuous program improvement.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.Prior experience in academic coordination, school administration, or language education management is highly beneficial.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple academic activities.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools is a plus.
