This full-time, on-site role in Jalesar involves coordinating curriculum delivery, supporting teachers with lesson planning, and ensuring that teaching methods promote experiential and personalized learning. The Academic Coordinator will track student performance data, organize assessments, and collaborate with educators to implement interventions and enrichment programs. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom observations, facilitating academic meetings and training sessions, communicating with parents on academic matters, and maintaining academic records and compliance. The role also includes contributing to school improvement initiatives, integrating co-curricular activities with academic goals, and fostering a positive, learner-centered environment.Qualifications Strong foundation in Education with experience in school-based academic administration or coordinationProficiency in Curriculum Development, lesson planning, and aligning content with CBSE standards and school learning systemsExcellent Communication skills for collaboration with teachers, students, and parents, and for conducting meetings and trainingExperience in Academic Advising, including guiding students on academic progress, learning strategies, and support plansAbility to conduct and apply Research in teaching methodologies, assessment practices, and academic improvement initiativesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant discipline; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferredExperience in CBSE schools, with familiarity in academic planning, timetabling, and examination processesStrong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple academic activitieS
