This role includes designing, reviewing, and updating curricula to ensure alignment with educational standards and the organization’s values. The Academic Coordinator supports learners and instructors through academic advising, scheduling, and coordination of classes, assessments, and learning resources. Daily responsibilities also involve monitoring academic performance, collecting feedback, and applying research-driven improvements to programs and teaching methods. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain a strong learning culture and consistent academic quality.Qualifications Background in Education with experience managing academic programs or learning initiatives.Curriculum Development skills, including designing, structuring, and evaluating educational content.Strong Communication skills for collaborating with learners, instructors, and internal teams.Academic Advising experience to guide learners in their academic journey and development.Research skills to assess program effectiveness and support data-informed academic improvements.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Management, Psychology, or a related field.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple programs and deadlines.Ability to work on-site in Denpasar and collaborate within a values-driven, continuous-learning culture.Experience in curriculum design or academic coordination in an education-focused organization is an advantage.
