TBH is committed to building a secure digital future by combining hands-on expertise with high-quality education.Role Description The Academic Coordinator at TBH is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role involves overseeing academic programs, coordinating course schedules, and ensuring that training content aligns with industry standards and certification requirements. The Academic Coordinator supports instructors and learners by managing enrollment, tracking academic progress, and organizing assessments and feedback processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the Training Wing to update curricula, facilitating communication between learners and faculty, maintaining academic records, and contributing to the continuous improvement of training quality. The role also involves assisting with academic events, workshops, and orientation sessions to enhance the learner experience.Qualifications Background in Education and experience supporting academic or training programs.Skills in Curriculum Development and familiarity with industry-aligned or certification-based course design.Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with learners and faculty.Experience in Academic Advising, learner support, or mentoring in educational or training environments.Ability to conduct Research to keep curricula updated with current trends in cybersecurity, AI, and related fields.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple programs, schedules, and administrative tasks.Comfort with digital tools and learning management systems; experience in tech or cybersecurity education is a plus.Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with instructors, administrators, and corporate partners.
