The role involves overseeing academic operations, coordinating class schedules, and supporting faculty in delivering high-quality instruction across various programs. The Academic Coordinator will assist learners with course selection, academic guidance, and progression tracking, while ensuring adherence to institutional policies and accreditation standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring curriculum implementation, organizing academic events and examinations, maintaining accurate academic records, and facilitating communication between learners, faculty, and administration. The role also includes contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting new program launches, and promoting a learner-centered academic environment.Qualifications Strong foundation in Education and familiarity with higher education systems and policies.Experience in Curriculum Development, including planning, coordinating, and updating academic programs.Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with learners, faculty, and administrative teams.Background in Academic Advising, including guiding learners on course selection, progression, and academic performance.Ability to conduct and apply Research to enhance academic quality, learner outcomes, and institutional practices.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field; experience in academic administration is preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in basic office software and educational management tools; comfort with data handling and reporting.Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered practices and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.
