The team focuses on clear information, personalized support, and practical solutions to help learners progress in their academic and career journeys.Role Description The Academic Counsellor will provide one-on-one and group counseling to students, guiding them on suitable courses, universities, and modes of study aligned with their academic background and career goals. The role includes explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, documentation requirements, and timelines, while maintaining accurate records of student interactions and applications. The Academic Counsellor will coordinate with partner institutions, respond to student queries through in-person meetings, phone, and email, and participate in outreach activities, seminars, and information sessions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, India, requiring regular collaboration with colleagues and consistent student-facing engagement.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to support learners in making informed educational choices.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.Candidates should possess Career Counseling and Education-related knowledge to connect academic decisions with career pathways.Candidates should possess abilities in relationship-building, empathy, and problem-solving when working with diverse student backgrounds.Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education.Prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, or higher education advisory roles is highly beneficial as well as Fresher candidates with good communication skills are welcome to apply.Comfort with basic computer applications, online research, and maintaining student databases or CRM tools is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a student-focused environment.
