Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, advising on academic progress, helping learners set short- and long-term goals, and coordinating with faculty to address student needs or concerns. The role also involves organizing information sessions, maintaining accurate records of student interactions, and contributing to learner engagement and retention initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, requiring regular interaction with students, instructors, and administrative staff to create a supportive and motivating learning environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to guide learners effectively.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact clearly and empathetically with students and stakeholders.Candidates should possess Career Counseling and Education-related expertise to help learners align academic choices with professional goals.Relevant experience in academic or training institutions, preferably in technology or data-related programs, is beneficial.A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with common digital tools and student management systems are advantageous.Ability to work collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and support a diverse learner population is essential.
