In this role, you will interact with applicants, understand their career aspirations, assess their educational/professional background, and counsel them on the most suitable AI programs.

Key Responsibilities

Career Counseling & Lead Conversion:Connect with prospective students via phone calls, video meetings, and email to understand their career goals and learning needs.Explain program structures, curriculum benefits, learning outcomes, career prospects, and fee options clearly and convincingly.Guide candidates through the admission process from initial inquiry to enrollment.Pipeline & Relationship Management:Manage and update student leads/inquiries in the CRM systematically.Follow up consistently with prospective students to resolve doubts, address objections, and provide requisite guidance.Maintain strong relationships with candidates to build trust and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Product & Domain Mastery:Stay thoroughly updated on AI/ML course offerings, industry trends, and career pathways in the tech ecosystem.Explain complex or technical course tracks in simple, benefit-focused language to non-technical and technical candidates alike.Sales & Targets:Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to optimize lead quality and strategy.Key Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Tech / BCA / BBA / B.Sc or related fields preferred).Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in career counseling, EdTech admissions, course selling, or student advising.Skills:Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.Active Listening & Empathy: Ability to listen deeply to student career pain points and offer genuine, impactful guidance.Sales & Negotiation: Strong closing abilities with a consultative sales approach.Tech Aptitude: Basic understanding or strong curiosity about AI, Data Science, and modern technology programs.CRM Proficiency: Experience using tools like LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.What We OfferCompetitive fixed salary + attractive performance-based uncapped incentives.Opportunity to work at the intersection of AI education and career transformation.Professional growth path into Lead Management, Team Handling, or Admissions Strategy.Vibrant, collaborative, and innovation-driven work culture.How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their resume and a brief introduction to "ikigaischoolofaijaipur@gmail.com" with the subject line "Application for Academic Counsellor.
