The Academic Counselor will guide prospective and current students in selecting suitable courses and training programs aligned with their academic background, interests, and career goals. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining Ducat’s programs and learning pathways, supporting students with admissions and enrollment processes, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups. The role also involves collaborating with trainers and placement teams to ensure learners receive consistent academic advising, career guidance, and support throughout their training journey. The Academic Counselor will contribute to outreach activities, respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and help foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment for all students.Loction noida ex Contact me 9910223668Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to support learners in course selection and educational planning.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with students, families, and internal teams.Candidates should possess Career Counseling skills to help students understand industry trends and plan career paths in IT and related fields.Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Education principles, preferably with experience in training institutes or academic settings.Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Management, or a related field; familiarity with IT training programs; proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; strong organizational and time-management abilities; and a student-focused, empathetic approach.
