This full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri involves conducting individual and group counseling sessions, supporting students with academic planning, and guiding them through educational pathways that align with their goals. The Academic Counselor will maintain student records, monitor progress, and collaborate with faculty to address academic challenges and student concerns. Additional responsibilities include organizing information sessions on academic and career options, assisting with admissions-related queries, and contributing to initiatives that enhance student engagement and retention.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising.Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills.Candidates should possess expertise in Career Counseling and knowledge of Education pathways.Relevant experience in academic institutions or training centers is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.Ability to build trust with students, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively with staff and faculty.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple student cases.
