In this role, the counselor will guide students on their academic pathways, provide information about courses and programs, and support them in setting realistic educational and career goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, organizing workshops or information sessions, maintaining accurate student records, and collaborating with educators or administrators to address student needs. The counselor will also help students understand available resources, monitor their progress, and provide ongoing guidance to improve academic performance and satisfaction.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to support learners in their educational journeys.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly and empathetically with students, families, and staff.Candidates should possess Career Counseling and Education-related knowledge to guide students toward suitable academic and professional paths.Relevant experience in academic or student support settings is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and manage multiple cases or tasks efficiently.
