The Academic Counselor will guide students through academic planning, helping them select courses and programs aligned with their goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, providing career and academic advice, and supporting students in making informed educational decisions. The role also involves maintaining accurate student records, collaborating with educational institutions or training providers, and organizing informational sessions or workshops. The Academic Counselor will work closely with internal teams to align student guidance with broader talent development and placement objectives.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to support learners in their educational journeys.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to conduct counseling sessions, deliver presentations, and build trust with students and stakeholders.Candidates should possess Career Counseling skills and a solid understanding of Education pathways to help students align studies with future opportunities.Relevant experience in academic counseling, student services, or education management is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, manage multiple student cases, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
