This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves meeting with students individually and in groups to discuss academic challenges, learning strategies, and study plans. The counselor will assist learners in exploring career paths, aligning academic choices with long-term goals, and connecting them with institutional resources. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate student records, collaborating with faculty and administrative staff, conducting workshops or information sessions, and following up to monitor student development. The role also requires clear communication with students and families, promoting an inclusive and respectful environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to guide learners effectively.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with students, families, and faculty.Candidates should possess Career Counseling skills to help students explore and plan future academic and professional pathways.Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Education, with understanding of academic systems and student development.Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.Experience in academic or career counseling within an educational institution is preferred.Ability to maintain confidentiality, show empathy, and work with diverse student populations.Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills, with proficiency in basic computer applications.
