As a high-impact, mission-driven team, we’re scaling our counselor network to transform how students make life-altering academic decisions.Role & ResponsibilitiesConduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess student academic profiles, interests, and career goals.Guide students through course selection, exam strategy planning, and competitive college/university admissions processes.Create personalized academic roadmaps aligned with student aspirations, deadlines, and eligibility criteria.Facilitate workshops and webinars on SAT/ACT, board exams, scholarship applications, and profile-building.Track student progress using CRM tools and maintain accurate, updated records of counseling milestones.Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, operations) to improve counseling workflows and student outcomes.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveStrong grasp of Indian education systems (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, NEP 2020)Basic understanding of global admissions (UCAS, Common App, SAT/ACT, IELTS/TOEFL)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google WorkspaceCRM software navigation (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)Clear verbal and written communication in EnglishActive listening and empathy for student/parent concernsPreferredExperience in student mentoring, tutoring, or academic advising (internships count)Familiarity with college ranking systems (QS, Times Higher Ed, NIRF)Certification in career counseling or educational psychology (optional but valued)Benefits & Culture HighlightsOpportunity to shape the academic futures of thousands of Indian studentsWork in a dynamic, young team with continuous mentorship and skill-building programsOn-site location in metro centers with collaborative, open-space work cultureSkills: salesforce,crm,hubspot,edtech,b2b,sales,market mapping,revenue,pipeline,skills
