Develop and implement academic strategies aligned with the institution's vision and objectives.Lead curriculum development, assessment, teaching quality, and academic performance improvement.Monitor student achievement, academic KPIs, and assessment outcomes to drive improvements.Lead classroom observations, teacher evaluations, coaching, mentoring, and professional development.Ensure compliance with KHDA, Ministry of Education, and applicable educational regulations.Oversee KHDA inspections, academic quality assurance, accreditation, and school improvement initiatives.Establish academic policies, governance frameworks, and performance standards.Strengthen academic leadership capabilities, staff development, and succession planning.Prepare academic performance reports and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.Collaborate with senior management on academic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.Promote innovation, digital learning, inclusive education, and evidence-based teaching practices.Maintain strong relationships with parents, regulatory authorities, and educational stakeholders.Candidate Requirement:Mandatory: 3–5 years of academic leadership experience in Dubai.Mandatory: Hands-on experience with KHDA inspections and compliance.Experience in private school academic leadership is preferred.Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment, teaching quality, and school improvement.Proven experience in senior academic leadership and team management.Excellent strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Working Hours;Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMFriday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PMApply;Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to submit their updated CV.Email: careers@nayakinternational.comWhatsApp: +971 54 778 9829 (CV submissions only – No Calls)Email Subject: Academic Development Manager – Dubai
