We value integrity, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.The RoleWe are seeking a proactive Academic Director / Campus Manager to support academic planning, coordinate educational operations, and maintain high standards across academic programs and campus-related activities. This part-time, fully remote position is suited to an experienced education professional with strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.The successful candidate will work with academic teams, instructors, administrative staff, students, and other stakeholders to improve program delivery, support institutional objectives, and ensure that academic and operational activities run efficiently. Where physical campus responsibilities are required, local staff or on-site teams will support implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and implementation of academic strategies, program plans, and institutional objectives.Coordinate academic schedules, course delivery, assessment calendars, and educational activities.Monitor teaching quality, curriculum implementation, student progress, and academic performance indicators.Work with instructors and academic coordinators to improve teaching standards and learning outcomes.Support faculty recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, professional development, and resource planning.Coordinate administrative processes related to enrollment, attendance, student records, and academic reporting.Monitor operational priorities, budgets, resource utilization, and administrative efficiency.Maintain effective communication with students, parents where applicable, faculty members, and institutional stakeholders.Support compliance with relevant educational policies, accreditation requirements, safeguarding standards, and institutional procedures.Address academic or operational concerns and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.Prepare management reports, performance summaries, and recommendations for continuous improvement.Promote a positive educational culture focused on student engagement, staff collaboration, and academic excellence.RequirementsMinimum 3+ years of relevant experience in academic administration, educational leadership, campus operations, or program management preferred.Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.Experience coordinating academic programs, educational teams, administrative workflows, or institutional projects.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Understanding of curriculum coordination, academic quality assurance, student services, and educational performance monitoring.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), student information systems, and digital collaboration tools is an advantage.Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Professional judgment, integrity, and a commitment to student welfare and educational quality.Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with remote teams.What We OfferFlexible part-time work with a fully remote arrangement.Opportunities to contribute to academic development and educational improvement initiatives.A collaborative environment that values leadership, innovation, and continuous learning.Exposure to academic planning, educational operations, and institutional performance management.Opportunities to make a meaningful contribution to student success and organizational growth.If you are passionate about education, academic leadership, and creating effective learning environments, we welcome your application.
