- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic leadership, such as Academic Director, Deputy Principal, Principal, Head of Department, or Head of school.
- Proven ability to lead teachers, manage academic teams, and improve student learning outcomes
- Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, assessment, moderation, and academic Card reporting.
- Ability to develop and monitor schemes of work, lesson plans, teaching standards, and assessment procedures.
