Academic Excellence Manager (AEM)Location: WarangalAbout SpeEdLabsSpeEdLabs is an AI-enabled adaptive learning platform founded by IIT/IIM alumni. We provide personalized, practice-based learning solutions for CBSE and ICSE students from Class 7 onwards and support IIT-JEE and NEET preparation.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for partner schools.Ensure successful implementation of academic programs.Conduct teacher training sessions and workshops.Monitor program performance and learning outcomes.Resolve academic and operational concerns.Build strong relationships with school stakeholders.Coordinate with internal teams to improve academic delivery.EligibilityBachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in the education/EdTech sector.Strong communication and organizational skills.Fluency in the regional language is mandatory.Personal laptop is mandatory.Travel Requirement15–20 days of travel per month within the assigned state to visit partner schools.CompensationSalary: Up to ₹30,000 per month.Interested candidates can share their resume at hr@speedlabs.in.
