Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Hyderabad, India, Next Education continues to create innovative products to transform academic and administrative operations in schools.Role Description The Academic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada, responsible for overseeing academic programs, curriculum implementation, and learning outcomes in partner schools. This role involves coordinating with school leadership and teachers to ensure effective use of Next Education’s solutions, monitoring academic performance, and providing guidance on instructional strategies. The Academic Manager will conduct training sessions, support curriculum planning, and ensure alignment with educational standards and board requirements. Daily tasks include analyzing academic data, preparing reports, resolving academic-related issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve product adoption and learner experience. The role requires regular school visits, stakeholder engagement, and a strong focus on academic quality and continuous improvement.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Educational Management skills, including academic planning, school coordination, and stakeholder management.Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and Education-related expertise, with the ability to align content with K–12 standards and multiple boards.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for training, presentations, and collaboration with teachers, school leaders, and internal teams.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret academic data, track performance metrics, and recommend improvement strategies.Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related field.Experience in school academics, instructional leadership, or edtech implementation is highly desirable.Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada, travel to partner schools as needed, and manage multiple academic projects simultaneously.Proficiency with digital education tools, learning management systems, and basic office productivity software.
