Key Responsibilities• Conduct in-depth one-on-one counselling sessions to understand each student’s goals, strengths, and preferences.• Provide personalized mentoring plans tailored to individual academic and career aspirations.• Guide students step-by-step through the counselling and admission journey.• Recommend best-fit colleges, courses, and pathways aligned with each student’s profile.• Build strong mentor–student relationships to ensure trust, clarity, and long-term engagement.• Track student progress and counselling outcomes to improve guidance quality and conversions.
