The Academic Mentor will guide learners in understanding core academic concepts, provide individualized support, and help learners develop effective study habits. Responsibilities include delivering mentoring sessions, clarifying doubts in mathematics and related subjects, tracking learner progress, and preparing basic learning materials or resources. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to improve training methods, maintaining accurate records of learner performance, and promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to build trust and rapport with learners and colleagues.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for explaining concepts clearly and providing constructive feedback.Candidates should possess solid Mathematics knowledge to support learners in understanding and applying key concepts.Candidates should possess Education and Training skills for designing sessions, mentoring learners, and facilitating academic growth.Relevant academic background in education, mathematics, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in mentoring, tutoring, or teaching is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple learners with varying needs.Commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful, and learner-centered environment.
